Yes. Free migration is a service included with every Cynet hosting plan, so the first step is choosing the plan that fits your site. Once you've signed up, submit the migration request form with your current hosting details and our team takes over. Your plan is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in switching.

Will my website go down during migration?

No. We use a staged migration process where your site is first copied to our servers while your current host continues serving visitors. We only switch DNS after everything is verified and working on our end. Your visitors won't notice a thing.

How long does the migration take?

Most migrations are completed within 24-48 hours from when we receive your hosting credentials. Larger sites with multiple databases or extensive email accounts may take slightly longer. We'll give you a timeline estimate before starting.

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not at all. You just need to provide your current hosting login details (cPanel, FTP, or hosting dashboard credentials). Our team handles everything else — file transfers, database migration, email setup, DNS configuration, and SSL provisioning.

However, we cannot merge multiple separate hosting accounts into one new Cynet account — each migration request covers one source hosting account. If you have websites spread across different providers, please submit separate migration requests for each.
